Shipping and Handling
- Standard Express: Merchandise will normally
arrive in 3-7 business days after the order is received.
Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEX or USPS.
- Guaranteed Express: We will expedite
your order to be delivered within 2-3 business days after
your order is received. Street address required .
- Overnight Air Express: Your order, placed
before 8 am Central Time (Monday through Friday) will be
delivered the next business day.
International Shipping
To help facilitate shipping to our international customers

Access USA is an international mail forwarder that provides
customers with a private U.S. street address to receive mail
and merchandise. Access USA will consolidate your order ensuring
proper delivery to your international address for additional
fees.
Follow these two steps to set up for international delivery:
- Sign up with Access USA at www.myus.com
- Use your new U.S. address, provided by Access USA, when
placing your order.

- Guaranteed Express and Overnight Air Express orders placed
after 8am Central Time will ship the following business
day.
- We cannot guarantee shipping times for Standard Delivery.
- All orders received after 8am Central Time are generally
shipped the next business day.
- Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories allow 1-2 additional
business days for delivery.
- Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
- You will receive an e-mail with your tracking number(s)
if they are supplied by the delivery service.
- Sorry, we are currently not shipping international shipments.
International Shipping:
- All orders must be paid in U.S. funds by international
money order or by credit card. Exchange rates will be automatically
calculated on credit card orders.
- Additional shipping charges will be required and charged
by Access USA for their services provided.
